- Entry Fee
- $35 when pre-registering by U.S. mail. Must be postmarked by October 10th or e-mailed or phoned in by October 12th. ALL AT SITE ENTRIES: Add $5. Titled Masters of any kind, and New and unrated players, $5 sent by U.S. mail by October 10th. New and unrated are not eligible for prizes.

- $840 b/30 That's 80% of the mailed entry fee rate.

- Saturday 9:00am to 9:45am. Sunday 8:00am to 8:45am
- Round Times
- Saturday 10:00am, and 2:30pm. Sunday 1:30pm and 6:00pm. Sunday 9:00am, 11:15am, 1:30pm and 6:00pm.
A portion of the entry fee will be used to build a chess collection of books & equipment at the Palmer Public Library. Randi Malcuit (Owner of Stateline Chess Books & Equipment) will be selling at this tournament. Add $2 for EF if pay by PayPal.
