Born 02/26/1984 in Moscow, Russia. GM since 2003. World Junior Champion under 16 in 1999. Participated in the FIDE Knockout World Championship, 2004. Member of the German Team, Olympiad, 2004. Winner of over 10 International Tournaments, including Las Vegas Masters, 2006. His current FIDE rating is 2609. It is also his peak rating. Any additional donations will be gladly accepted by Leonid to help defray the costs of his stay in the United States. Light refreshments will be served.
Sections with fewer than six players may be merged.
In accordance with BCF policy, unrated players may play in any section. Rated players rated within 200 points of the lower section maximum may play up one section.
