- Gr. 9-12 and Gr. 6-9: G/60; Gr. K-6 and Gr. K-3: G/45

- $50 per team if mailed by Tue, February 24 or online by Fri, February 27. $80 on site.
- Prizes
- Trophies (team and individual) to the top three teams in each section. Medals to all players who score at least 3 points and who do not win team trophies.

- 8:00-8:45 AM
- Round Times
- Round 1 at 9:30 AM; others as soon as possible.
Team members play on boards in rating order (board 1 highest). One alternate allowed per team. Feeder schools for grades 6 and 9 must have prior approval. March ratings but exceptions at TD’s discretion. Please send team roster form with entry or e-mail roster to hc2009@masschess.org. For complete tournament rules check Scholastics State Championship area of the website. Proof of current USCF, MACA membership required for on-site entries. You will be required to pay membership fees if you can't provide membership card or mailing label showing exp date or USCF receipt. If the required info is not received by 02/27 your registration will not be considered finalized and your team will have to pay $30 EXTRA (for on-site registration)! Pizza and snacks will be available for purchase. Orders for pizza will be taken in the morning.
