- Four round Swiss system team tournament. K-12: G/60; K-6: G/45; K-3: G/30.
- Entry Fee
- $60 per team if mailed by Tuesday, Jan 20 or online by Friday, Jan 23. $80 on site day of tournament.
- Prizes
- Trophies to members of the top three teams in each section. Medals to all players who score at least 3 points and who do not win trophies.
- Registration
- 8:00-8:45 AM
- Round Times
- Round 1 at 9:30 AM; others as soon as possible.
Your lineup is determined by your January, 2009, official published rating or by your most recent rating on MSA if you do not have an official published rating. Unrated players must play below rated players. Only non-school based teams subject to avg. rating limit. Scholastic players compete in teams of 4. Teams do not have to be school-based. Teams may include one adult with rating restrictions. Send team roster form (on the left of this page) to HTC2009@masschess.org - your registration will not be completed if you don't send this. The diff. in rating between bds. 2 and 4 may not exceed 1000. Teams of 3 ok.
