Pre-registration saves you money and helps tournaments start on time. Pre-registrations returned if unable to attend. Late entries (after 8:45) may not be accepted until after the start of the first round. Sections may be modified by tournament director depending on number of entrants per section, to best fit the grades and ratings of the players. No Smoking allowed. Handicapped accessible. Money, chess set, board, and chess clock (if available), USCF membership card or latest chess magazine.
