Groups of four according to rating. Pleayers can not withdraw and must finish the tournament once started. Penalities may apply. USCF rules of play will be used. For more infor 617-417-8800. Players are not allowed to withdraw from tournament due to fairness & sporting considerations to other players. No smoking, no computers, wheelchair accessible. Bring chess clocks.
Sections with fewer than six players may be merged.
In accordance with BCF policy, unrated players may play in any section. Rated players rated within 200 points of the lower section maximum may play up one section.
