- Trophies for the top five (5) players in each section.

- June 25 from 6-8pm & June 26 from 8-9:30 am.

This Championship will be rated by the US Chess Federation (USCF) and the World Chess Federation (FIDE). FIDE rules will apply. The top boy and the top girl in each section will qualify to play in the 2012 Pan American Youth Championship. These players will be considered official players, and the accommodation and meals will be provided by the local organizer at no cost. The top player in each section will receive the FIDE Candidate Master Title, which will be officially approved at the FIDE Congress in October 2011. Section age as of Jan 1, 2011.
