Byes must be called in before 7:00 PM or you will be forfeited, withdrawn and not allowed to play again until the forfeit fine is paid. Last round Bye must be committed to before the start of round 2 and is irrevocable after the start of the 2nd round. Forfeit penalty doubles each time until record is clear for one year. No food or snacks allowed in playing room. No Re-entries allowed. Sections with < 10 players may be merged. May enter at any round except last round.
