- Trophies to the top three players in each section, plus a trophy to the top Kindergarten player in the K-1 section. Medals to players with three or more points not winning a trophy.

- Round 1 at 9:30 a.m., others rounds ASAP
Onsite registration ends at 8:45 am sharp. Late entrants will receive zero point bye and be paired for Round 2. All players must enter section based on current grade in school.. No 'playing up'. Proof of current USCF, MACA membership required for on-site entries. You can join on-site when you register. Phone or Email entries not accepted. Bring your own chess set, board, and chess clock (if you have one). Equipment will not be provided. Outside food is not permitted in the hotel. Food available nearby, but may not be brought back to the hotel.
