<b><font color="red">FREE</font></b> - There is no entry fee for this event but players who play in a rated section are expected to have up to date USCF memberships. Preregistration is strongly recommended. Venue may fill up and we may not be able to guarantee availability if you do not preregister.
Prizes
Medals for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place in all sections. Plus score medals.
Registration
Subject to availability from 9:00 AM to 9:40 AM.
Round Times
Round 1 at 10:00 AM. Others on completion of each round.

Novice and 14 & Under sections should finish around 12:30 PM. Open should finish around 1:30 PM. All students from Grades K-12 may always play in a higher section. Please bring a chess clock if you have one. Chess sets will be provided. Pre-registered players should confirm no later than 9:40 AM. There will be also be a separate practice tournament and workshop for players who might not yet be ready for their first tournament. To sign up a player for this workshop email Eduardo directly at epaguag@gmail.com Use the entrance in the courtyard to the left of the main entrance. There will be signs outside. Parking available in the lot across the street and lot at the corner of Carpenter and Dean. Street parking is also available.
